  Just felt it necessary to email your company to applaud everyone on the fantastic service we have experienced.
  
  We are in the final stages of having our old timber windows replaced and I have to say a huge thank you to everyone.
  
  Not only have we enjoyed supporting a South Australian company but we have also experienced customer service beyond our expectations.
  
  Kelso quoted for the job and could see that I was very hesitant about the job (due to the age of our house over 100 years old) and the typical problems that are uncovered during the process. With this is mind he suggested that he would put one of your more experienced installers on the job and may I say that Andrew has been wonderful.
  
  I was terrified on the day installation began but I have to thank Andrew for his patience, understanding and brilliant workmanship. It is very rare indeed to come across a tradesman who takes such pride in his work. Even the old windows that are to be disposed of are neatly arranged. It is obvious that it was never going to be a simple job yet from our perspective it has been hassle free – I am sure he will tell you otherwise as I know that our house was always going to prove difficult given its age and the extent of damage to the old timber frames.
  
  In our world today we are quick to complain but never to give praise – well thank you Statesman, Kelso and in particular Andrew for a wonderful experience.
  
  PS – we just love our new windows……..
